The $30 million Launceston Seaport project comprises of a 60 room hotel, Peppers Seaport Hotel, 65 berth marina, apartments, restaurants, and private residences, and was completed in 2005.

The centrepiece of Launceston’s Seaport is the Peppers Seaport Hotel. A stunning 4 level design, comprising of both hotel-style rooms and self-contained suites. Its slender contemporary design perfectly complements its surroundings. The boardwalk, connecting the Seaport with Royal Park and the scenic Gorge precinct, is the highlight of Launceston’s vibrant river life.  

Launceston’s Seaport is the social centre of the city. The extensive boardwalks, marina, pontoon and alfresco dining areas have created a new lifestyle for Launceston residents, with a short stroll from the CBD, the famous Cataract Gorge and other major tourist attractions.
